Vienna Weekly: January 17– 23

Even though January may be the SEASON OF DEPRESSION, as Paul Spendier calls his exhibition opening this week at tart.vienna, the project space of Galerie Elisabeth & Klaus Thoman, the city has plenty on offer to lift your spirits this week: outstanding events like GIANNI MANHATTAN, celebrating its 5th anniversary with an exhibition by Laurence Sturla, and the Academy of Fine Arts, inviting to its dense program during the Opens Days, immediately distract from the gray of the city and fill the cold days with color and joy.
