Ten emerging international curators, part of BLOCKFREI‘s annual curators-in-residence program Curators’ Agenda, visited viennacontemporary. Here’s what impressed them the most.

Having presented 120 galleries this year, viennacontemporary also offered a wide range of special projects to the visitors: from lecture series, CultTech Hackathon to Talks, Media Talks!, Family program and five special presentations: ZONE1, Solo& Sculpture, Focus: Hungary, Nordic Highlights and Cinema program.
This year viennacontemporary exceeded all expectations. The international art fair at Marx Halle Vienna successfully closed after four days with 29.767 visitors and strong sales by the participating galleries.

For the second year running, viennacontemporary organises Media Talks! and gives the floor to an impressive range of media outlets to voice their views on the contemporary art world.
